About Me

My name is Saylor, and I currently live in Oak Harbor, WA with my husband, 2 daughters, and our dog. My husband Matt and I met during high school in small town Minnesota and married while attending college at North Dakota State University. During that time, my husband decided to join the Navy. I completed my degree in Child Development and Family Science in 2012 and in 2014, we learned that Matt would be attending OCS but also that we were expecting our first child. With all these changes and frequent moves to be expected over the next few years, I decided to stay at home to care for our new addition, Sophie, and added to the family two years later with the birth of our second daughter Nora.

With all that time at home, I explored what my future might hold. A couple of years ago, we had a photographer record a homecoming for us and looking at the results I knew I wanted to do that for others. I love seeing the joy when people look back at the photos I’ve taken. My goal is to provide you with a piece of these special moments that can remind you of the emotions of that day forever.
